Bring Me The Horizon’s performance at Summer Sonic 2024 in Tokyo (August 18 at the ZOZO Marine Stadium) was a legendary highlight of the festival. The band brought their cinematic "POST HUMAN: NeX GEn" era to Japan, transforming the stage into a futuristic, dystopian world filled with lore, pyrotechnics, and some of the most anticipated guest appearances of the year.
The set was defined by two massive "you-had-to-be-there" moments:The Global Premiere with AURORA: For the first time ever, the band performed “liMOusIne” live with Norwegian singer AURORA. The ethereal contrast between her vocals and the band's heavy riffs created a haunting, standout atmosphere. The Return of BABYMETAL: The energy reached a boiling point when Japanese icons BABYMETAL joined them for “Kingslayer.” Watching the choreographed chaos and hearing the crowd erupt in Tokyo was a peak moment for the "kawaii metal" collaboration.
